Iyengar Yoga North County  facilitates a friendly, compassionate community-enhancing network.

We offer support for our students such as:

  • Sequence handouts for home practice
  • Yoga Tips tweeted and posted to Facebook, Twitter and Google+
  • Workshops with senior Iyengar teachers
  • Workshop and retreat scholarships
  • Special events at the Center, like movie nights and Indian dance performances
  • An annual July Yoga Challenge with special class rates
  • A newsletter with information about Iyengar yoga and our Center
