Yoga Intensive in Encinitas September 8th and 9th

Join Carolyn Belko at the Center for an Intensive Practice in September to include asana, pranayama and meditation.

During an Intensive, one is given the time and the correct dose in the practice to open the body, and mind to inner realms. Carolyn’s expertise in guiding one in the intensive practice carries one into unexpected spaces, finding a fresh approach to progress.

• Saturday Sept 8 from 9-3
• Sunday Sept 9th from 9am to 3pm
• Includes a light veggie lunch.

Carolyn returns from her intense practice study with Faeq Biria, in France, ready to share the light of yoga. Focus within for a few hours at the end of the summer to refresh and energize body, mind and spirit.
Cost: Full Workshop $180 – One day $108 – All levels welcome.
